Mother's Day

Life would be boring and flavorless without the wonderful aroma and taste of coffee... nothing like a good cup of java to start the weekend... or every day for that matter... hmmm...

Our first sitings of Pasque flowers in the canyon... indeed spring has sprung in the foothills!

Well, Mother's Day weekend was sweet with family time... it was girls' day on Saturday with lots of shopping and playing and Sunday was spent in Coal Creek Canyon (our previous living location)... we went to a 3 year old birthday party, a hike, a BIG hang with friends, and dinner with friends at the Wondervu Cafe... it was a beautiful day and we felt like tourists in the canyon... talk of loading up rocks in our van (aka PAM = Primary Adventure Mobile)... sweet, sweet day...
